Sarah Easley joined the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) in early 2010 and acts as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant. In this capacity, she fields research requests from the Association's members and assists them in determining the right course of action for staying in compliance with the complex set of regulations affecting credit unions. She also is an integral part of a team of experts who write and publish information on the regulatory compliance issues surrounding the financial services industry. Prior to her work with MCUA, Sarah worked as a technical product manager for Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) solutions for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, as a BSA software trainer for Bankers Systems/Atchley Systems and as an adjunct professor of finance at Fontbonne College and Webster University.
Sarah maintains certifications as a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). She has a degree in Information Systems from Baylor University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Dallas.
