Ryan Dold serves as a field representative for the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) and primarily works with credit unions on the west side of the state. He is based in the Kansas City office and currently consults with 53 credit unions ranging from $250,000 to $2 billion in assets. Facilitating more than 100 planning sessions and making 250 contacts a year helps Ryan keep his pulse on member credit unions.
Ryan is accredited with developing Net Worth restoration plans to help save at-risk credit unions and grow the Shared Branch Network. He has lead marketing, collections and compliance initiatives in the Kansas City and Springfield areas and also conducted trainings on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and credit union boards.
Ryan earned his Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation in 2011 and serves on the Kansas City Children’s Miracle Network Board and is the MCUA representative on the Bank ON Save Up coalition.
Ryan joined the association in 2001. Prior to that, he worked as a marketing director for Metropolitan Federal Credit Union in Kansas City. Ryan has a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
