Credit union executive by day, Mojo principal by night, Monge's primary passion is his work at Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union, but in the spirit of the cooperative principles, he does speaking and consulting work on the side to help other organizations with what he's passionate about: developing awesome culture, organizational identity and leadership.

Amanda Thomas - Marketing & Business Development Manager, Members First CU

Thomas is well-versed in leveraging network, social media and marketing strategies to grow membership base, ongoing brand development, community outreach, public relations and the development and execution of strategic plans for a given position. She is heavily involved in social media both on a personal level and on behalf of the credit union's brand. Her specialties include marketing strategy, branding and identity, community relations and financial education.
