In late 2011, the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) published three special editions of its Missouri Courier magazine exploring the results of a survey of nonmember Missourians commissioned by MCUA earlier in the year. Each edition takes a specific look at survey results gauging nonmember familiarity with credit unions and provides direction for marketing and membership growth efforts.
