Want to learn more about the statewide Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Grant Project? The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) is offering informational Webinars in January that describes the CDFI program, process for applying and opportunities available. CDFIs are specialized financial institutions that work in market niches that are underserved by traditional financial institutions. CDFI certified credit unions are eligible to apply for grant funding.
Eligible CDFI credit unions can apply for U.S. Treasury grants ranging in size from $100,000 to $2 million. A portion of the grants will be allocated to benefit ALL Missouri credit unions by funding training and cooperative advertising.

An additional 30 minutes following the presentation is available for any participants with in-depth questions. There are limited slots available in 2013 for the certification and grant application.
