Arsenal Credit Union (Arnold) closed out 2012 with employee appreciation events and its annual Christmas drawings. Employees were chosen at random to receive holiday treats and novelties, gift cards, coupons for dress-down days and more. The drawings coincided with an ugly sweater contest at the credit union’s branches.
In October, Arsenal held two weeks of employee appreciation events. Employees were treated to chair massages, gift cards, wellness screenings, flu shots, lunch-and-learn seminars, dress-down days (including several Cardinals-themed days to honor the team’s playoff run), prize drawings, a pizza lunch and more. They also had several opportunities to bring their pets to work, a popular component of last year’s Employee Appreciation Week.
