Central Missouri Community Credit Union (Warrensburg) has joined the Credit Union Shared Branch (CUSB) network, adding three new outlets for members to use. The locations in Warrensburg, Sedalia and Richmond provide branches in territories not currently served by the network. Central Missouri Community is expecting to serve CUSB members by the second quarter of 2012.
“Our Board of Directors is excited to offer more access to our members in such a cost-effective manner,” says Carol White, president/CEO. “It was an easy decision to join, especially after talking to Brent Sadler, CEO of United Credit Union - our eastern counterpart. He gave us some numbers on usage, and it really helped to seal the deal.”
With the addition of Central Missouri Community, the Missouri network now has 37 participating credit unions and 109 convenient locations.
“We are very pleased Central Missouri Community has joined the shared branch network,” says Mark Hohenstein, MCUA vice president of CUSB. “But the real winners are the credit union’s members who now have access to more than 100 branches in the Missouri network and 4,400 throughout the United States.”
