Tax reform legislation is expected to take form this fall, just as Missouri credit union staff and volunteers take to Washington, D.C. for Hike the Hill on Oct. 1-3, 2013.

The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) has scheduled this Hike the Hill with the Kansas Credit Union Association. MCUA will arrange regulatory and Missouri Hill meetings, legislative briefings and meals for participating credit union representatives.
With the credit union tax status in the spotlight as Congress works on comprehensive tax reform, the October Hike the Hill is an important opportunity for credit unions in Missouri to make sure our federal lawmakers understand the importance of preserving the credit union tax status and how this affects consumers back home in their districts.
Attendees are asked to register with MCUA in advance of Hike the Hill. To plan legislative visits, arrival/departure times and cell phone numbers are requested when registering. To register, visit this page.
