Windstream Exceeds Customer Expectations

The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) recently announced its new partnership with Windstream, an enterprise-focused communications and technology service provider. 

"This partnership was not a difficult decision for us. Credit unions need a voice and data solutions provider they can rely on, and Windstream is up for the challenge," said Barb Stanek, MCUA vice president of Operations.

With more than 75 years of experience providing service to the banking and finance industry, Windstream is still committed to helping credit unions reach their strategic goals. Matt Keeling, Technology and Online Service manager at K.C. Police Credit Union, has been using Windstream's services since January 2012. When considering alternative providers, they decided they wanted to reduce cost and improve on their current service from AT&T.

"When we made the switch, we ended up saving money, improved bandwidth between branches and let Windstream manage the routers," said Keeling. "While we had high expectations, they have been exceeded. The installation went well, moving over phone and data circuits is no small task, and things were completed without error and on time. Response to issues has been quick and times of completion have been accurate. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Windstream, particularly to other credit unions. I have never experienced their level of service in the telcom industry. They are an absolute pleasure to work with."

Windstream provides the flexibility and network design needed to link multiple branches enabling the ability to contact any user with a three or four digit extension, reduce toll call expenses and improve member calling experience with direct dial and seamless transfers.
