The statewide consumer awareness campaign, Bank On More, is encouraging consumers to discover the credit union advantage. The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) launched Bank On More in February with St. Louis-based advertising agency Boxing Clever.
The campaign is in its second year and targets young adults (18-24) and women up to 40. MCUA is funding the campaign without credit union contributions, but encourages credit unions to consider using their marketing dollars in tandem with the campaign. For example, credit unions can plan to use Bank On More signage at community or SEG events, co-brand the radio spots, television commercials or print materials or add the Bank On More logo to their websites. These elements will be made available to member credit unions by March 1.
Bank On More is fully integrated and will run ads using the following channels:
Ads are starting to rollout in several markets in Missouri, with television launching in March. MCUA and Boxing Clever are working to finalize the statewide media buy and flight schedule and will send it to member credit unions (along with the creative assets) by March 1.
MCUA held launch meetings in St. Louis, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Springfield and Joplin.
