The April 2014 edition of Credit Union Magazine featured Vantage Credit Union’s Kenny DeShields. The article asked the question “Is There ROI in Social Media?” The answer was a resounding yes.
Credit unions from around the country were asked to share input on topics like measuring effectiveness of social media, reaching a broader audience and enhancing engagement.
A major point of the piece was how social media is integrated into the broader marketing strategies of a credit union—social media strategies need to align with your credit union’s strategies.
“We can be a million different things to a million different people, but what are we known for? And how can we get this message to them?” says DeShields in the Credit Union Magazine article.
