Do you want to Crash the CFO Council? Then you're in the right place!
The CUNA CFO Council, The Cooperative Trust, and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) are joining forces to select 10 young professionals within the credit union finance segment to crash the CFO Council Conference. The conference will be held May 18-21, 2014, at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
"Crash the CFO Council is an opportunity to empower young professionals in the finance and accounting area," says Justin Mouzoukos, vice president of Finance at Mazuma Credit Union (Kansas City). "Crashers learn exactly what CFOs and other managerial positions are currently dealing with whether that be investment management, asset liability management, profitability and even regulation. In addition, the opportunity to network with over 300 CFOs from across the country is an invaluable experience."
Every Crasher will receive a full conference registration from CUNA, up to $1,000 reimbursement for travel, hotel and food costs. You will also receive complimentary membership to the CFO Council for the remainder of 2014.
The Cooperative Trust is a grassroots group of young people who work in credit unions and cooperatives. In 2010, Filene organized a group of 25 young credit union professionals called The Crash Network to Crash the GAC. Now in its fifth year, Crash the GAC has become the premier event for young people working in credit unions and cooperatives.
