Vantage Credit Union (St. Louis) celebrated the grand opening of its new Twin Cities branch on August 5 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community leaders and credit union VIPs. This location will take the place of the former Twin Cities branch at 1330 YMCA Drive. After the event, Vantage made a $500 donation to the Sunnyhill residential facility.
“We are so impressed by the amount of support we’ve received from the community,” said Eric Acree, president/CEO of Vantage Credit Union. “We look forward to seeing our members experience the new, larger branch and the added amenities now available to them.”
Claudia Kirn, administrator for Twin Cities Chamber, facilitated the ribbon cutting on behalf of the chamber. Becky Kausler, credit union branch manager, had the honor of cutting the ribbon. Victoria James, president/CEO of Sunnyhill, and Bruce King, director of Jefferson County Services of Sunnyhill, were on-hand to accept the $500 donation.
The new location (across the street from Walmart) offers a drive-up teller lane, a convenience that members missed at the previous location, as well as a coin machine, kids play area and night drop.
