MCUA Schedules Launch & Learn Webinars to Reveal Web Functionality
By now, you probably have noticed the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) recently launched a new and improved website. The thought that comes to our collective minds when asked about the project is, "Whew, what a ride." Following a good six months of design and development, MCUA launched its new, more progressive website and companion database functionality on January 11. It's more than just pretty pictures and great information. To make it easier for our members to find what they’re looking for and interact with the association, we've combined functions for website, event management, customer relations management systems, calendars, staff pages, and board pages into one solution.
The new website was launched with a host of new features and functionality, such as:
- Online event registration
- Submitting job postings
- Publishing your press releases
- What's on the horizon: Blogs, user communities and more.
Two "Launch & Learn" webinars are scheduled to introduce members to these new features, and more. "We love our new website," says Mike Beall, MCUA president. "What we're trying to accomplish with the webinars is not only reveal the new functionality to our members, but learn about their user experience thus far. We want to understand what our members like and what we can to do improve it."
