It is not too late to plan to attend the Credit Union National Association’s Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington, D.C., March 18 – 22. More than 40 credit union representatives from across the state are currently scheduled to participate in the national event. Credit union management and volunteers are encouraged to take part and share concerns about legislation impacting credit unions and consumers.
Credit union member business lending is a top priority for meetings with federal lawmakers. If your credit union is active in member business lending, please consider bringing a small business owner to legislative visits on March 21 and 22. Contact Amy McLard at (314) 542-1370 for more information.
