CO-OP Expands Services with Mobile Banking & Call Center

 

Missouri credit unions have an opportunity to offer mobile banking and call center services through CO-OP Shared Branching. These products use the existing shared branch data system interface, which decreases costs for existing member credit unions that already use the CO-OP system.

Mobile Banking
CO-OP Mobile provides your members with access to their credit union accounts anytime, anywhere from the convenience of their mobile phones or devices. The service allows members to:

  • View account balances and recent activity
  • Search account activity
  • Transfer funds
  • Find the nearest CO-OP Shared Branch or CO-OP Network ATM

Call Center
CO-OP Member Center is a highly flexible call center solution ensuring 24/7 access and convenience to your members. CO-OP Member Center offers member services and lending services including by-phone, internet and indirect lending. The service is supported by seasoned industry experts and product technologists who understand credit unions and your needs.
