Carol Minges has been appointed interim chief executive officer (CEO) for 1st Financial Federal Credit Union (Wentzville, Mo.). She replaces Frank Nelson, the outgoing CEO.
Minges holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University. She took on the role of chief information officer (CIO) at 1st Financial Federal Credit Union in July of 2008. Since that time, she has overseen the successful growth of innovative technologies and increased member security. Her experience in operations and information security has provided 1st Financial with the vision to increase product offering and member value over the last five years.

I am committed to ensure we live out our continued mission of helping our members save money, make money, and save time.”
Additional experience includes eleven years with FORUM Credit Union in Indianapolis, Ind., where she served in several operations and technology roles. She also worked for five years at Arsenal Credit Union in St. Louis, Mo.
