The credit union tax status fight is going on right now—and it's time to act. Credit unions in Missouri—and nationwide—are encouraged to participate in the Don’t Tax Tuesday event on July 23. This online advocacy day will demonstrate the unity of the 96 million credit union voices in advance of the July 26 deadline for U.S. Senators to submit their suggestions for comprehensive tax reform.
What can credit unions do? In addition to posting from the credit union's official Facebook and Twitter accounts, ask staff, volunteers, members and any other credit union advocates to take their messages online on July 23.
