Matt Monge, Mazuma Credit Union's chief culture officer, was selected for Filene Research Institute's i3 program along with 17 other professionals. The i3 program stands for ideas, innovation and implementation and fosters the development of new ideas and innovations for credit unions. Each i3 member serves a two-year term, participates in semi-annual meetings arranged by Filene and is responsible for piloting a new idea at their credit union. Monge was chosen from a pool of 70 applicants.
"I’m humbled and excited to be part of Filene Research Institute’s i3 group," says Monge. "I look forward to learning with and from so many talented people from credit unions around the United States, and to seeing the power of cooperative collaboration in action!"
Monge joined Mazuma in May. Prior to that he was the Vice President of People & Development at Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union, Clarksville, Tennessee.
