It's only a matter of time until mobile banking is the primary method for conducting financial transactions - that's according to a recent survey of Missouri consumers. Credit unions were asked to distribute the survey to their members online, via e-mail and social media platforms June 15 through July 15. The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) collected more than 2,000 survey responses gauging consumer attitudes on a range of financial topics including:
The survey is designed to gather consumer feedback to be packaged for media distribution throughout the state. It's part of a public relations initiative to get credit unions in the news. MCUA sent a report summary to presidents and marketers August 31.
