Let’s face it—regulatory compliance is a big part of your daily grind. That’s exactly why you don’t want to miss the Compliance Connection Conference (C3) on July 30-31, 2013 in Columbia. And if you register before June 24, 2013, you will receive a special early bird rate. There is also tiered pricing for qualifying credit unions.
Back by popular demand, this year’s C3 will include the most up-to-date information on regulatory compliance issues that affect both Missouri credit unions and their members. It is sponsored by Kusnetzky, Schwartz, Rosenfield, Sailer & Lilla P.C.
When you attend, you’ll gain valuable insights into wills and trusts, account issues, mortgage lending and hot topics relevant to the world of compliance. Presented by Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA), the first day will include powerhouse speakers Alan Schwarz, an attorney who specializes in credit union law, and MCUA’s own John Thomas, vice president of compliance and advocacy.
On July 31, 2013, Christy Curtis Jones will delve into a number of topics, such as wills and trusts, account issues and understanding the new mortgage lending regulations. In addition to being a partner and attorney at Sherpy & Jones P.A., she is an associate articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review and a member of the Order of the Wig & Robe. Jones speaks regularly at credit union leagues in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Ohio, Iowa, Utah, and Wisconsin.
