Regulatory Comment Letters

The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) works with financial institution regulators to influence the development of regulations relating to issues affecting credit union operations and the communities they serve. MCUA's Advocacy Department reviews proposed regulations and monitors issues and their impact on credit unions.

Your Opinions Count

Your comments are put into action through carefully constructed responses to regulatory proposals. We encourage you to send MCUA an informal or formal response to the issues at hand and we will incorporate your responses into a comment letter from the Missouri credit union movement. You also can respond to a comment call directly with the requesting agent.

Comment letters filed by MCUA include:

National Credit Union Association (NCUA)

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

U.S. Treasury Department

Federal Reserve Board

NACHA - the Electronic Payments Association
