Survey Responses Due May 25

The overdraft protection issue is being raised again – both by Congress and by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).  Credit unions nationwide are asked to take part in a national survey to address these concerns.

Credit unions have additional time to weigh in on the impacts of overdraft programs on consumers. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is extending the Overdraft Notice comment period until June 29. The original deadline was April 30.
