Missouri's Credit Unions Represented in Class-Action Litigation Against Home Depot

Missouri is one of 25 states already represented in a nationwide class-action lawsuit against The Home Depot, Inc. in connection with the retailer's 2014 data security breach.

A Missouri credit union has joined in the litigation as a named plaintiff. As a result, all Missouri financial institutions, including credit unions, are represented in the lawsuit.
