Missouri's Credit Unions Represented in Class-Action Litigation Against Home Depot

Missouri is one of 25 states already represented in a nationwide class-action lawsuit against The Home Depot, Inc. in connection with the retailer's 2014 data security breach.

A Missouri credit union has joined in the litigation as a named plaintiff. As a result, all Missouri financial institutions, including credit unions, are represented in the lawsuit.

New Risk-Based Capital (RBC2) Proposal Released

The Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) and Missouri credit union leaders, along with the rest of the credit union community, are reviewing the highly anticipated revised Risk-Based Capital (RBC2) proposal from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The proposal was released on January 15, and credit union representatives will have the opportunity to weigh in on the changes during a comment period.
